Pluto

Pluto is a animated mini-series about robots, especially the few advanced robots. Ban wanted to watching because of its interesting theme.

It started slow but became more engaging. However, it had unsatisfactory last few episodes. Here are our complaints:

SPOILER AHEAD

(1) During the encounter between Abdullah and Epsilon, it was heavily implied that the latter would be excluded from the assassination list. Why then the change of mind later?

(2) In Epsilon's final battle, why did the weather change (thus taking away his advantage) and what was that entity that appear to kill him?

(3) How was Atom revived? It was implied that he was implanted with Gesicht's memory chip. We were told that transplating memory chip might not bring back the chip's owner personality. In Atom's case, it wasn't his memory chip and he retained his original personality. This was not explained, directly or indirectly.

(4) Trachia's leader acted as though they were pulling the string in getting the advanced robots killed but it was never explained how.

(5) Who/what is that teddy bear?

Such a pity.
