MCO food: Salmon don with tamago
I've mentioned in previous 'MCO food' blog posts that one of our favourite home cooked food is salmon don with tamago. I still prepare this once a week but without tamago because the salmon now provides more than enough protein: about 160gm for each of us.
I came across this photo of probably the second or third time I made this dish for Ban:
It looks pretty to me. At what price do you think restaurant would have charged for this?
