Serai in ages
We hadn't been to Serai in ages but one day, I suggested it to him when he was hunkering for some nasi kerabu. He was a bit reluctant because Serai's food is generally pricey but changed his mind when his second choice, zaru soba with a meat dish at a Japanese restaurant, was going to be similarly priced :D

Portion-wise, it looked pretty close to that in the menu's picture. Tasted pretty good too, accoding to Ban.
I ordered salmon nicoise:

I think it looked a little smaller than illustrated in the menu but it was refreshingly delicious. Definitely a repeat for me next time.
Sadly, the pavlova was a little too sweet :(
