Legend of rubbish bins

In general, people agree that Singapore is a clean city. However, what most foreigners do not know is that the cleanliness is due to the legion of cleaners rather than the civic-mindedness of Singapore residents. In fact, every year there will be people caught littering who are punished with corrective work order ("CWO") i.e. wear a particular uniform (with CWO on it...or maybe not, I'm not sure) and pick up rubbish at certain spots notorious for litters.

Singapore government makes it very easy for people to dispose of their rubbish. Every bus stop has a rubbish bin. Every carpark lot tend to have one. Every floor of shopping malls have one. They are usually regularly emptied. Yet I've seen people littering before, with a bin a few seconds away.

Malaysia, however, is a different story. I remember travelling with my parents when I was young and often we have to keep rubbish in a plastic bag and disposed of it later. Maybe things have changed now, I'm not sure as I have yet to observe.

Hence, it is shocking to find the following in one of the rest stops along the highway:

It's still difficult to find one at some places where there should be more. I totally agree with you that it is the large number of cleaners who keep the place clean rather than the awareness of the people.

Malaysia has not improved much (since you were wondering). I sometimes still need to keep my rubbish in the plastic bag before disposing it at a rubbish bin. However, the photo you have there is shocking...haha. I think they need to have a proper "planning" on how many bins to locate at certain areas..haha

Think we actually do have the dumpsters. Just Malaysians who aren't civic minded. Guess we need several years of education yet.

hehehe... too many still u see people just throw from their car which the dustbin just two steps ahead... Shame on those people whom litter anywhere.

(continue from Part 1 ) Yates Anatomist/Wizard Counter: Cripple Secondary passives: Blessed One, Smart Casting Anatomist is the best healer in game due to the passive Legendary Healer, which also then boost the amount of self-healing by Blessed One. Although Ban thinks Anatomist's Dark spells are sufficient in dealing damage and so he suggests Alchemyst as Yate's secondary class, I choose Wizard for the following reasons: Quite often, demonic creatures have Dark immunity and other creatures have immunity to other elements. So having Dark, Water, Fire, Earth and Thunder spells enable Yates to cast the most suitable spell, especially when the enemies are vulnerable to certain elements. Strange expectorant

An expectorant cough syrup helps you to prevent phlegem from going to your lungs by expelling it via coughing or so I heard from doctors and pharmacists. That's why for cough that's caused by phlegm, it is not advisable to take suppressant cough syrup. Given that's the role, do you expect it to be drowsy? It should be non-drowsy so that you will be actively coughing out the phlegm, right? Not this Unizet expectorant. The doctor told me that it shouldn't be drowsy and yet some of his patients (including me) reported otherwise. I read the detailed information (on the piece of paper typically stuffed inside the box) and nowhere it indicated drowsiness as a side effect. Strange, huh?
