Only Sistars?

After I first blogged about Sistars Kitchen, I did end up alternating between this and Kwong Wah for chendol but as pointed out in the blog, I now rarely travel there just to have chendol.

After the disappointment about Kwong Wah's recent chendol, I went to Sistars:


Unfortunately, there wasn't a suitable photo from 3 years ago to compare with. It seems to be of similar size to Kwong Wah's after taking into account of the size of the bowls...I guess?

As before, it was less sweet (which I like) but less flavourful than Kwong Wah's However, the increased price of the latter to RM 7.40 makes it nearly a ringgit more expensive than Sistars's (RM 6.50). I'm inclined to dine more at Sistars.

Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mark - character build (Part 1)

Here are the character builds for my current run (with the help of Ban): Kyrie Fellblade/Marked Counter: Slow Secondary passives: Execute, Life Font Fellblade itself is a good class because of the various conditions it can inflict and most importantly they can inflict Sleep. Iirc, the only other human class that can do this is Gadgeteer. Their passive Malice increases the chance of landing it by 10%. Fellblade pairs well with Marked because both use ATK and MND in their offensive abilities. Also, Fellblade's abilities are mostly short range whereas Marked has some long range abilities. Execute for more damage. Life Font is for suvivability. Ban opined that with two healers, there's no need for Life Font but I discover that it enables Kyrie to survive just enough for a healer to heal her up, after having received massive damage. Fitness First

Firstly, there is something I want to say: cost of living in Malaysia is higher than that in Singapore overall. Why? Consider this: salary, in term of figures i.e. without taking into account of currency, is roughly the same in both countries. For example, if the starting salary of an actuarial executive at an insurance companie is RM2000 in Malaysia, then it is about S$2000 in Singapore. However, economic rice with 2 veg and 1 tofu costs about RM3 in Malaysia whereas it costs about $2.3 in Singapore, both at around the similar kind of shops and location. Hence, given that salary is about the same, in term of figures, then it's important to consider how much each unit of that figure can buy. So, with the notable exception of houses, Singapore is 'cheaper'. There is no point converting the currency one into another as you would also have to do so for the goods too (exception would be savings that you bring across the causeway).
