Robocraft

One day, Ban looked up the list of most played games on Steam and lo behold his eyes zoomed on Robocraft (among the top ten). He loves robots :)

Although, as it turns out, it's not about robots, he still loves it because of the design aspect. Essentially, it's like playing Lego. You use cubes and parts to build tanks, bombers, helicopters etc ("robocrafts") and use one to battle in teams of two. He enjoys the battle part as well.

At the design stage, he could spend whatever time necessary to figure out what effect does each part has on the robocraft. I, on the other hand, don't have that much patience. It's harder and more time-consuming to design one than to build a Duel of Champions deck. I prefer to look at other people's design and modify it to my liking. In fact, my current SMG tank is designed by Ban :)

It's a good game with some annoyance such as early quitters in battles. Not many name-callings (yet?) although I still wish there's an "Ignore" button somewhere.

Give it a try. It's free-to-play. Here's a sample video we found on youtube (when we were looking for tips in building a bomber):
